TUJ’s Communal Passover Seder on the Second Night
            Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 6:00 pm

We hope you will set aside the evening of the second night of Passover for our annual TUJ Seder, open to members and their guests as well as to nonmembers. Our Passover Seder is a warm, family-style celebration and we welcome everyone regardless of faith, gender, sexual orientation, race or nationality. It will be held downstairs in the Social Hall. (Please use 1010 Park Avenue entrance.)

A full Seder meal will be served amid wonderfully warm traditions, which recall the "mixed multitude" going forth from bondage to freedom. We will sing and dance, drink four cups of wine, dip herbs in salt water, ask the four questions, re-enact the ten plagues, make the world's first known sandwich, discuss the spiritual and moral meanings of Passover for our times, and enjoy the childrens' search for hidden matzah that they redeem for prizes.
