Oneg How-to

Here's a basic oneg (reception after Friday evening service) shopping list.

  • 2 challahs
  • 2 large bottles of grape juice
  • 2 types of cheeses
  • 2 boxes of crackers
  • 1 box of cookies
  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • 1 pound of grapes

It is a lot to carry for one person, so we will meet you at the supermarket, help you shop, help you carry everything to TUJ, help you set the Oneg table.

Or, if that is not your style, give us a check for $150 and we will glady do everything for you. And you will get the honor.
